CMT is honored to again work with dedicated Algae evangelist Dr. Mark Edwards, Director of GreenIndependence.org on yet another algae Industry Survey report, that collates input from scientists, academics and practitioners who share their views on growth of algae industry and its future directions.

Some of the key issues identified in the industry survey are:

  • Lack of trained personnel
  • Strain selection
  • Ideal location for Algae project
  • Costs

Survey responses came from over 50 countries with many from Europe, Asia, U.S., the Pacific Rim, India and the Middle East and included scientists, project developers, academics and practitioners, at all stages of knowledge and experience in the industry.
