Chen Lulin, Managing Director of Yunnan Shenyu New Energy Co. Ltd. Mr. Chen graduated from Beijing Polytechnic University of Chemical Engineering in 1984. He worked on water treatment, gas pollution control and district heating projects on behalf of JNE Engineering Company.
